The #1 Balance Exercise Every Senior Should Be Doing

A close relative of mine recently took a nasty fall and broke a couple of ribs. It was a wake-up call—and a reminder that one in four adults over 65 falls every year. Many of those falls are serious, even fatal.

I know we’re all busy, but if you only have time for one balance exercise a day, let it be this one. It’s simple, takes just a minute, and it can make a big difference.
